This is a new (11/21), peaceful top floor, waterfront condo with amazing views of the lake and sunsets. This 1604 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2 full bath condo. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the fireplace, boat slip (free of charge), very nice private boat ramp, fishing pier w/cleaning station. Working, electric (rise to standing) desk in the primary bedroom so you can work if need be. Private beach and swimming pool with an area that is 6″ for the tiny ones. The space
We do not allow, parties (birthday’s bachelor, bachelorette, or any type event like these) this is not a party type atmosphere.
Guest access
We are very flexible on check in and check out times. The only time we must adhere to our times is when we have a same day check-in.
Other things to note
NO SMOKING ANYWHERE INSIDE THE CONDO OR THE BALCONY.

Heron Harbor is the perfect getaway. Check in was easy, the view was amazing, everything was clean, and the treats left out were the perfect touches. Sitting out on the patio drinking coffee in the morning is the perfect way to start the day. I never wanted to leave!
Heron Harbor was great. Very clean and Super comfortable!! Plenty of room for everyone in our group. The back porch is perfect for sunset views and a cocktail. I would definitely like to come back again.

This condo is very nicely decorated and is so welcoming. Beautiful views and the wonderful sound of waves hitting the shore were relaxing. We enjoyed sitting in front of the fireplace with a glass of wine and good company. Very comfortable for our group of four.
