This beautiful 1600 SF waterfront condominium boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The living room and the primary bedroom look out over the lake to provide impressive sunset views. The covered balcony, perfect for morning coffee and tea, or afternoon cocktails, overlooks a secluded beach area.

The space
This calm, peaceful, space welcomes our guests with the lovingly appointed arrangements and furnishings that sit against a backsplash of colors in pale greens and blues. The sound of the waves crashing while sitting in front of the fireplace lulls you into an instant feeling of peace.
For your viewing pleasure and indoor entertainment, choose from over 3,000 stations, including the movie channels and kids channels.

Other things to note
- In the navy bedroom, the TV is mounted inside the closet.
- The dining table is set up as a bar but will open up and rest on the support brackets that are hidden on the sides of the table to give you seating for 6. Play games and enjoy!
- We do require that you have previous positive feedback from other weekend rentals in order to be approved to stay with us.
- We have a maximum occupancy of 6 people and we do not host parties or events.

Carol Anne is an excellent host, responding within minutes if we had questions or needed suggestions for things to do in the Lake Livingston area. And, we couldn’t get over the numerous welcome gifts, cakes, cookies, and other treats, making us feel at home.
I’ve stayed in several AirB&Bs and (Hidden by Airbnb) units across the country. This property, our incredible host, and the stunning views from the lakeside patio, made this the perfect spot for a pre-holiday getaway.
This was my first time staying in a lake house and I chose this home for a 6-day solo self-care-cation. True to the photos, it has unforgettable lake views from dawn to dusk. The gentle waves rolling onto the shore lulled me into sound and peaceful sleep every night and sometimes during the day. I also really enjoyed the relaxed lake house chic ambiance, delicious treats, sipsational surprises, upscale amenities, and high-end toiletries. It was great having a grocery store so nearby and even though I did not go swimming the lake and pool looked very inviting.
The hosts were so thoughtful and easy to communicate with and I truly appreciate all they did to create those perfect "exhale" moments from my first to last steps through their front door.
I've stayed at lots of rentals, and this by far was one of the best places I've ever stayed in...trust me, I don't skimp or go cheap on my stays either. Location is great! Beautiful waterfront
